Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

What you will do

• Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines with integrated security, quality, and architectural validation.
• Build and maintain immutable deployment pipelines using build-once, promote-through-environments practices.
• Develop self-service capabilities and standardized engineering templates within an internal developer portal.
• Implement software supply chain security including SBOM generation, dependency scanning, and artifact repository governance.
• Establish engineering standards and reusable development patterns to improve consistency across multiple teams.
• Measure engineering effectiveness using DORA metrics and mentor teams on modern delivery practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of related experience in an enterprise-level environment.
• Must be eligible for W-2 employment in the United States (C2C or third-party candidates are not accepted).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in DevSecOps and supply chain security, including SBOM and JFrog/Artifactory.
• Experience with internal developer platforms such as Backstage or similar self-service portals.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar field of study.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DORA Metrics and Engineering Scorecards.
• Experience with Platform Engineering and Developer Experience (DevEx).
• Background in Java/EJB modernization.
• Strong technical mentoring skills.
