What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and Django.
• Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
• Manage Git-based development workflows, including branching strategies and pull requests.
• Deploy and support applications in cloud environments, with a preference for Microsoft Azure.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Python and Django.
• English: Advanced/fluent (C1) required.
• Experience using Git in collaborative environments (pull requests, code reviews).
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable).
• Comfortable working in Linux environments.
• Must be based in Brazil or LATAM.

Nice to have

• Experience with React and TypeScript for full-stack development.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience owning application deployments and production monitoring.
• Consulting experience or experience working directly with clients.
