Quality Inspector (Medical Devices): Performing incoming and final inspections of EEG components and devices to ensure compliance with specifications and GDP with an accent on documentation accuracy and nonconformance identification. Focus on maintaining Device History Records, conducting area audits, and supporting quality system compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Location: Must work in-person from the Cleveland, OH office 5 days a week

What you will do
- Perform incoming and final inspections of components, subassemblies, and finished devices against drawings and specifications.
- Maintain accurate and complete records, including Device History Records, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Identify and escalate nonconforming materials to Quality Engineering per established procedures.
- Conduct monthly quality inspections of manufacturing areas to ensure SOP and work instruction compliance.
- Support Quality Engineering with document control, audits, and complaint investigations.
- Assist with equipment upkeep and track calibration schedules.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of quality inspection experience in a medical device or other regulated manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in a technical/scientific field preferred).
- Working knowledge of GDP and familiarity with 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data recording.
- Ability to work onsite in Cleveland, OH 5 days a week.
