Associate Staff Engineer (Graph Data Engineer) (TigerGraph/Kubernetes): Architecting and operating enterprise-scale graph platforms and graph-based machine learning solutions for financial services, with an accent on distributed graph infrastructure, secure data ingestion, and high-performance analytics. Focus on building knowledge graphs for fraud detection, financial crime, customer intelligence, GenAI, and RAG, while optimising GSQL queries, cluster reliability, and production-scale workloads.

What you will do
- Design and develop advanced graph data models, graph algorithms, and graph-based machine learning solutions using TigerGraph.
- Architect, deploy, and operate scalable TigerGraph clusters on AKS Kubernetes, including containerisation, orchestration, autoscaling, networking, storage, security, and monitoring.
- Build secure data ingestion pipelines from enterprise platforms such as ADLS and Databricks for batch and real-time processing.
- Optimise GSQL query performance, workload isolation, system throughput, cluster health, cost efficiency, and model accuracy.
- Build enterprise knowledge graphs supporting advanced analytics, GenAI, RAG, feature engineering, and downstream decisioning systems.
- Deliver graph analytics solutions for fraud detection, financial crime, customer intelligence, and network risk management, while mentoring teams and advising stakeholders.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field.
- Experience with graph engineering and large-scale graph platform deployment.
- Experience designing and operating AKS Kubernetes clusters and distributed cloud-native systems.
- Experience with financial crime and fraud analytics, real-time and streaming data processing, and enterprise API-driven architectures.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and stakeholder engagement.
- 7+ years of experience for senior-level work.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field.
- TigerGraph certification, Kubernetes CKA/CKAD certification, or cloud platform certifications, preferably Azure.
