Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States; in-store role with weekend and holiday availability required

What you will do
- Educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations.
- Design furniture solutions aligned with client needs, preferences, wellness goals, and productivity.
- Drive sales by building client relationships and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with the Architecture & Design community to expand brand awareness and partnerships.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and a premium store experience.
- Process transactions and manage orders accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design or rendering tools.
- Ability to lift or move items over 20 lbs and follow safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
