Account Manager - Durable Assembly (Manufacturing)

Location: Remote, must be based in the Southeast US region (Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia)

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering tailored value propositions.
• Negotiate pricing and margins using value-selling techniques to optimize profitability.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
• Provide technical support and conduct product demonstrations independently.
• Manage pipeline and forecasting using sales processes and tools like Salesforce.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to position the company advantageously.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Experience working within a Chemical or Adhesives company.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Must be located in the Southeast region (Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia).
