Product Director, Knowledge (AI): Leading the knowledge stream within the AI Initiatives team to transform distributed information into machine-readable foundations for AI-driven products with an accent on knowledge ingestion pipelines and data structures. Focus on designing ontologies, graphs, and extracting usable knowledge from enterprise sources to support internal tools.
Location: Office-based in Montreal, Canada or Paris, France

What you will do
- Shape and maintain the product vision and roadmap for the Knowledge stream, aligned with AI Initiatives priorities.
- Support the creation of knowledge ingestion pipelines connecting sources like SharePoint, Confluence, repositories, and databases.
- Enable products focused on data extraction, enrichment, classification, and embedding.
- Design knowledge structures including graphs, relationships, ontologies, and taxonomies.
- Collaborate directly on prototypes and early solutions to validate use cases through practical testing.
- Partner with engineering, platform, security, and data governance teams to integrate the knowledge layer.
Requirements
- Experience guiding complex product platforms, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on contribution.
- Confidence working with technical systems, data pipelines, and developer tools.
- Deep understanding of structured and unstructured data and how knowledge is represented and connected.
- Experience building and iterating using AI-assisted development tools.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, thoughtful, and inclusive ways.
- Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and governance partnerships.
