What you will do

• Define and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints, including campaign visuals, social presence, and product launches.
• Design and art direct major brand campaigns from concept to final execution.
• Lead visual direction for performance marketing, sponsorships, and special events.
• Mentor other creatives while personally designing high-impact assets.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Develop and advance brand guidelines and design systems for scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative leadership, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
• Expert-level craft in typography, layout, and digital design using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showing campaign work that drove measurable business results.
• Proven ability to define and execute a creative vision in high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing and multi-channel campaign development.
• Preferred location: Americas or EMEA
