What you will do
- Draft, review, and manage commercial documents including contracts, amendments, and statements of work.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, accurate contractual language.
- Partner with Sales and Legal teams to negotiate and finalize agreement terms.
- Build and maintain sales quotes within Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Facilitate efficient contract execution and support downstream billing and provisioning processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related regulated industry.
- Strong proficiency in drafting, revising, and interpreting commercial agreements.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Finance, and Operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, or ServiceNow.
- Background in deal desk, legal operations, or commercial operations.
- Proven ability to create detailed process documentation and SOPs.
- Understanding of billing and customer onboarding workflows.
