TL;DR

Focus on bridging the gap between Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure operational accuracy and compliance within a regulated financial services environment.

What you will do

  • Draft, review, and manage commercial documents including contracts, amendments, and statements of work.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, accurate contractual language.
  • Partner with Sales and Legal teams to negotiate and finalize agreement terms.
  • Build and maintain sales quotes within Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Facilitate efficient contract execution and support downstream billing and provisioning processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related regulated industry.
  • Strong proficiency in drafting, revising, and interpreting commercial agreements.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Finance, and Operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, or ServiceNow.
  • Background in deal desk, legal operations, or commercial operations.
  • Proven ability to create detailed process documentation and SOPs.
  • Understanding of billing and customer onboarding workflows.
