Clinical Supervisor (Virtual Clinical Operations)

What you will do

• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for a team of RN Care Managers.
• Monitor and balance team workflows to ensure adequate staffing and meet patient demand.
• Set and track clinician performance goals aligned with program objectives and quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of patient interactions to ensure clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads to implement process improvements that enhance patient experience.
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and training of new clinical staff.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Associate's Degree or higher
• Active unrestricted clinical license (RN, SW, RD, PharmD)
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably leading clinical teams
• Experience in renal care, chronic disease management, or virtual care programs
• Proficiency with EHRs, telehealth platforms, and Microsoft tools

Nice to have

• Experience in telephonic or virtual care program management
