What you will do
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to develop winning sponsorship proposals.
- Identify and engage potential sponsors to build long-term strategic relationships.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sponsorship strategies and strategic upselling.
- Oversee the successful execution of sponsorship agreements and experiential activations.
- Monitor sponsor satisfaction and address partner concerns to maintain healthy relationships.
- Evaluate sponsorship performance and provide comprehensive reports on ROI and deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales.
- Strong network of direct client and agency contacts across major industry verticals.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for high-profile client meetings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate as a self-starter.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in crafting visually compelling slide decks and pitch materials.
