What you will do

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to develop winning sponsorship proposals.
• Identify and engage potential sponsors to build long-term strategic relationships.
• Drive revenue growth through effective sponsorship strategies and strategic upselling.
• Oversee the successful execution of sponsorship agreements and experiential activations.
• Monitor sponsor satisfaction and address partner concerns to maintain healthy relationships.
• Evaluate sponsorship performance and provide comprehensive reports on ROI and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales.
• Strong network of direct client and agency contacts across major industry verticals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for high-profile client meetings.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate as a self-starter.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in crafting visually compelling slide decks and pitch materials.
