What you will do

• Deliver prompt, high-quality technical support to advertisers and internal sales stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex ad setup, tracking, and performance issues across the X Ads product suite.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to resolve issues and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify recurring issues and proactively propose new tooling, processes, and automation opportunities.
• Create clear documentation and support content to scale team impact.
• Monitor support metrics and campaign data to improve advertiser experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or ad operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Terminal, and BigQuery.
• Experience with advertising tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager, or Adobe Analytics.
• Proven experience in the AdTech or social media ecosystem.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week from the Dublin office.
