Software Engineer

TL;DR

Software Engineer (Fullstack): Building and improving modern full-stack web applications, APIs, and cloud-based SaaS features with an accent on scalability, reliability, and secure, maintainable systems. Focus on translating product and business needs into high-impact technical solutions while leveraging AI-powered development tools and supporting AI/GenAI capabilities.

Location: Denver, CO (hybrid; in office at least 3 days a week)

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 USD (base)

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality software solutions that improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop modern cloud-based applications, APIs, and user experiences.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Increase engineering velocity and software quality using AI-powered development tools and modern practices.
• Build secure, resilient, and maintainable applications through code reviews and continuous improvement.
• Support adoption of AI and GenAI capabilities in product functionality and engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building modern full-stack applications.
• Experience building web applications and APIs using contemporary programming languages and frameworks.
• Proficiency with collaborative development practices: source control, code reviews, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools or coding assistants to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure automation, containerization, deployment).
• Experience incorporating AI or GenAI capabilities into software products or development workflows.
• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced technology environments.
