Associate Client Advising Consultant

TL;DR
Associate Client Advising Consultant: Partner with sales, marketing, and product management to drive client purchase and adoption of innovative organization products and services with an accent on consultative client education, product implementation presentations, and account-specific marketing plan development. Focus on analyzing client-specific product and process issues, delivering member-facing meetings/events, and leveraging complex data to resolve client needs.

What you will do
- Manage a book of business as the product expert for complex, innovative, and new organization products.
- Educate, train, and assist clients with communications, member engagement, education, new initiatives, and product implementation.
- Serve as product expert to solve client problems by analyzing and resolving client-specific product and process design issues.
- Use consultative selling skills to sell new to blue clients and expand services for existing clients.
- Deliver product implementation presentations and client-specific marketing plan tactics; lead account-specific marketing plan development for key accounts.
- Conduct member-facing meetings and events in person, virtual, and recorded.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of the degree.
- 1 year of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort working with clients.
- Working understanding of B2B and B2C marketing.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and represent complex data and information to clients.
- State Producer’s License for Life, Accident & Health required or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
