Salary: $71,800 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Conduct R&D and competitive product testing to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
• Provide a food-first perspective to cross-functional leadership for new product development.
• Develop and execute exploratory test strategies to define hero recipes and product features.
• Set and validate performance KPIs for new product functions.
• Develop, test, and copywrite recipes that highlight product benefits for marketing and demonstrations.
• Cultivate expert networks and execute chef summits to gather product feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in culinology, culinary arts, or food science, preferably in consumer goods.
• Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinology, Food Science, Nutrition, Marketing, or Communications.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills for presenting to executive leadership.
• Experience in recipe development and food writing.
• Ability to work onsite in Needham, MA.
