What you will do

• Lead and execute advanced vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and purple team operations in industrial environments.
• Perform deep technical analysis of network and host data to identify attack paths, misconfigurations, and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct ongoing research into threat actor TTPs and tools to support detection development.
• Deliver clear, technically accurate reports and client briefings with prioritized remediation recommendations.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the broader OT security community through knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in ICS/OT environments.
• Strong understanding of penetration testing methodologies and offensive security tools like Kali Linux, Metasploit, and Cobalt Strike.
• Solid experience in analyzing cyber threats, attack vectors, and adversary TTPs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagements.
