Location: Must be based in the UK or Ireland (Hybrid role with office presence in London).

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of large national chains and Irish partners to ensure strong relationships and business growth.
- Develop and execute joint business plans to increase store coverage and food waste reduction metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Store Operations, Marketing, and ESG to maximize growth opportunities.
- Analyze performance data to create reports, financial projections, and actionable insights for partners.
- Lead training sessions for key stakeholders to drive expansion and waste reduction initiatives.
- Identify new opportunities for solution selling and process improvements within partner organizations.
Requirements
- Strong Key Account Management experience, ideally within the franchise sector.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and managing long sales cycles.
- Excellent commercial acumen, preferably with experience in MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and MS Excel for reporting and forecasting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be based in the UK or Ireland with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
