What you will do
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
- Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
- Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and handle candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
- Support market mapping and competitor research to inform hiring strategies.
- Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
Requirements
- Current university student or recent graduate.
- Background or strong interest in HR, recruitment, or talent strategy (internship is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort working in an international, tech-driven environment.
- English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
