What you will do

• Solve crucial business problems by diagnosing problem areas and identifying actionable solutions.
• Design and execute experiments to measure program performance and influence decision-making.
• Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to drive hirify.global+ adoption.
• Analyze geolocational and temporal real-time data to optimize pricing and value propositions.
• Develop data-driven strategies to maximize subscriber retention and user engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation using Python or R.
• Proficiency in writing structured and efficient SQL queries for large datasets.
• Experience building intuitive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mixpanel.
• Must be located in or able to work from Helsinki or Stockholm.
