Senior Data Scientist (Analytics): Driving data-driven strategies for the Wolt+ premium subscription program with an accent on user engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty. Focus on diagnosing business problems, designing experiments, and utilizing statistical analysis to influence strategic decision-making.

Location: Must be based in or working remotely from Helsinki (Finland) or Stockholm (Sweden)

What you will do

Solve crucial business problems by diagnosing problem areas and identifying actionable solutions.
Design and execute experiments to measure program performance and influence decision-making.
Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to drive hirify.global+ adoption.
Analyze geolocational and temporal real-time data to optimize pricing and value propositions.
Develop data-driven strategies to maximize subscriber retention and user engagement.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.
Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation using Python or R.
Proficiency in writing structured and efficient SQL queries for large datasets.
Experience building intuitive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mixpanel.
Must be located in or able to work from Helsinki or Stockholm.
