TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS/AI): Managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the US Central region to drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term expansion with an accent on translating technical usage into measurable business ROI. Focus on establishing operating cadences, identifying expansion opportunities, and collaborating with product teams to shape the roadmap.

Location: Remote, must be based in the US (US Central region / Texas)

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of ~30 enterprise accounts, managing the full post-sales lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
  • Lead customer kickoffs and success planning to align stakeholders on goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish a strong operating cadence, including health checks and Executive Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Identify and progress upsell/cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to resolve blockers quickly.
  • Provide structured, actionable customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS portfolios, including onboarding and QBRs.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and automation architecture to IT stakeholders.
  • Track record of driving net revenue retention through successful renewals and expansions.
  • Must be based in the US (US Central region).
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field like Computer Science or Engineering.

  • Experience with iPaaS or workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple US time zones.
