What you will do

  • Act as a field representative to ensure all work is completed according to contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with project team members to solve constructability issues.
  • Monitor the contractor's submittal register and track the status of submittals.
  • Review certified payroll submissions and perform labor standards interviews.
  • Maintain project documentation in the Project Management Information System (PMIS), including daily logs and test reports.
  • Oversee functional testing, operational demonstration, commissioning, and construction closeout.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years as Superintendent with a degree, or 5+ years without.
  • Preferred 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in water, wastewater, or stormwater.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using PMIS (e.g., Procore, Oracle Unifier, eBuilder).
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, details, schedules, and specifications.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment criminal background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.

Nice to have

  • Experience using AutoDesk applications.
