TL;DR

Lead Strategic Customer Success Partner (Logistics): Driving performance, retention, and growth across large enterprise customer accounts within the transportation management business with an accent on supply chain optimization and strategic account strategy. Focus on leading customer business reviews, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and resolving complex operational issues for enterprise shippers.

Location: Hybrid in Rogers, AR, United States. No immigration sponsorship or transfer available for this role.

What you will do

  • Manage high-level relationships and execute account strategies for enterprise customers to drive retention and growth.
  • Lead QBRs, MBRs, and executive presentations to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and account expansion within transportation networks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Manage complex customer escalations and support commercial discussions and contract renewals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US; no immigration sponsorship or transfer available.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles managing enterprise relationships and presenting business insights.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and use insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% depending on customer and business needs.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in 3PL or transportation environments.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
