Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery plan for the SuperHive platform, coordinating milestones and integration points across multiple engineering squads.
• Translate the platform roadmap into actionable quarterly plans with measurable outcomes, accounting for AI/ML development uncertainty.
• Partner with Tech Leads and PMs to clarify scope, surface risks from PRDs, and manage the critical path to resolve blockers.
• Drive complex cross-functional initiatives and facilitate technical alignment on API contracts and data schemas.
• Manage external partner engagements, including scoping, milestone tracking, and acceptance criteria for integrated features.
• Define and enforce release processes and build delivery health dashboards for engineering leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Management in fast-paced environments.
• 2-3 years of experience shipping AI/ML workstreams to production with real users.
• Experience coordinating 4+ engineering teams working on a shared platform with inter-service dependencies.
• Technical fluency to analyze architecture diagrams, API contracts, and database schema choices.
• Proven track record in startup environments balancing speed with quality.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, microservices, containerization, and AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM-powered products, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with agentic AI (LangGraph, LangChain) and workflow orchestration tools like Temporal or Airflow.
• Background in B2B enterprise platforms with multi-tenancy and compliance requirements.
• Experience establishing a TPM function from scratch.
