Field Operations Manager (Retail): Providing leadership and accountability for franchise business results across a geographical group of 110-140 restaurants with an accent on operational execution, brand standards, and customer experience. Focus on driving sales and profit growth, coaching multi-unit leaders, and ensuring successful new restaurant openings.
Location: Greensboro, North Carolina (Requires 85% travel)
Salary: $105,000 - $184,000 Annually

What you will do
- Manage operational performance for approximately 120 locations, ensuring systems are leveraged to drive sales and profit growth.
- Use the Model of Excellence scorecard to provide targeted coaching and training for key performance metrics.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Growth Readiness Assessments with franchisees.
- Coach and train multi-unit leaders (District Managers and above) on the Performance Management Cycle.
- Oversee new restaurant openings, ensuring training, equipment, and technology meet brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, including P&L management of multi-unit operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Ability to travel 85% of the time.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and influence diverse stakeholders.
