Senior Customer Success Manager (Procurement)

TL;DR
Senior Customer Success Manager (SaaS/Procurement): Ensuring B2B public sector customers achieve desired outcomes and realize product value with an accent on strategic relationship building and value delivery. Focus on driving retention, managing upsell opportunities, and leading consultative software demonstrations.
Location: Hybrid: 3 days/week in the Atlanta, GA office

What you will do
- Develop and execute customer success plans to maximize product value for public sector B2B SaaS customers.
- Lead regular consultative meetings with executives and key stakeholders to align organizational goals and deliver value.
- Analyze usage patterns to identify and manage upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities using Salesforce.
- Mentor and train other CSMs, acting as a subject matter expert during complex customer calls and demonstrations.
- Manage User Group meetings and conduct live training webinars to expand and engage the customer community.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize the customer journey and product adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or support, including 5+ years specifically within the public sector.
- 2+ years of experience performing technical software demonstrations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of public sector finance, budgeting, and associated functional regulations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and CRM ticketing tools.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Atlanta, GA.
