What you will do

• Develop and optimize SQL scripts to transform client legacy data for the hirify.global platform.
• Manage data conversion mapping documentation and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and roadblocks to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide accurate time estimates for custom tasks outside of the original project scope.
• Collaborate with the data conversion manager to streamline and improve conversion processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with T-SQL, including stored procedures, indexing, and script optimization.
• Proven experience with ETL processes and data migration.
• Technical experience with hirify.global software or other higher education Student Information Systems (SIS).
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
