Senior Data Conversion Consultant - Programmer (T-SQL)

Location: Remote

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year, plus an annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop T-SQL scripts to transform client legacy data for loading into the hirify.global platform.
• Apply data conversion mapping documentation and account for application and database requirements.
• Execute project plans, meet timelines, and provide estimates for custom tasks.
• Communicate with higher education clients and internal teams about progress, risks, roadblocks, and required information.
• Document task updates and feedback in project tracking software and manage successful hand-offs.
• Collaborate with the data conversion manager to improve conversion processes and the client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of T-SQL experience, including stored procedures, indexing, and script optimization.
• Experience with ETL and data transformation.
• Technical experience with hirify.global software or another higher education student information system.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
