What you will do

• Design and deliver new functionality in collaboration with Development and Product Management.
• Perform deep dives into systemic and latent reliability issues and roll out fixes with software engineers.
• Drive standardization of infrastructure and operational practices across the organization.
• Create and implement automation for deployment, management, and visibility of services.
• Operate within an agile framework, balancing sprint work with daily operational needs.

Requirements

• Experience building fault-tolerant and scalable distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience building and running production workloads in Azure.
• Production experience managing .NET/IIS using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Configuration Management and CI/CD using Terraform and Azure DevOps.
• Programming skills in C# and .NET.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.

Nice to have

• Experience developing SLOs for SaaS products.
• Managing Java and Node.js services in Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and Argo Workflows.
• Designing and implementing load testing for distributed systems.
