What you will do

• Provide in-person and remote IT support to the Tbilisi team.
• Set up, maintain, and secure laptops, desktops, and other user devices.
• Support local office infrastructure to ensure systems run smoothly.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic security settings.
• Set up and support AV equipment for internal meetings, all-hands, and external events.
• Document solutions to common issues and contribute to the knowledge base.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on IT Support experience.
• Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and troubleshooting.
• Advanced English (C1) proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable setting up and troubleshooting AV/conferencing equipment.
• Strong communication skills to explain tech issues to non-technical colleagues.
• Must be based in Tbilisi, Georgia to support the local office.

Nice to have

• Experience in the finance or trading domain.
• Familiarity with hirify.global as a product.
• Experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Kandji, or Intune.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira Service Management or Zendesk.
