Organisation Development & Talent Expert (HR): Leading organization-wide change and OD initiatives across 17 countries with an accent on post-merger integrations and talent readiness. Location: Hybrid in Bratislava, Slovakia (Home office possible 2 days a week)
Salary: 3100 EUR/month (minimum offered)

What you will do
- Lead organization-wide change and OD initiatives across 17 countries from impact assessment through adoption.
- Support post-merger integrations, succession planning, and talent readiness for critical leadership roles.
- Coach managers and change champions while developing change-management tools and frameworks.
- Drive AI adoption through practical use cases and workforce readiness programs.
- Monitor change portfolios and employee experience metrics to measure business impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in organization development, change management, or transformation roles.
- Proven expertise in structured change-management methodologies (certification is an advantage).
- Experience leading post-merger integration and multi-country transformation programs.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills to advise senior leaders.
- Excellent English proficiency and strong analytical skills.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Bratislava, Slovakia.
