What you will do

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and production environments to identify and respond to alerts.
• Review system health, logs, and scheduled jobs to ensure optimal availability.
• Measure and track system stability while escalating and driving resolution of issues.
• Troubleshoot production incidents in real-time to minimize business impact.
• Assess the urgency and scope of incidents across complex systems.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to prioritize issues based on business impact.
• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to hands-on technical work.
• Availability for 24/7 shift-based work, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience in NOC, Technical Support, Professional Services, or Escalation Engineering.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming.
