Application Developer Engineer Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain high-volume business logic running on mainframe systems.
• Refactor legacy code to enable seamless interaction between mainframe core data and modern cloud/mobile applications.
• Monitor architecture and identify opportunities to optimize code for enhanced mainframe performance.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex system interactions to ensure stability of mission-critical applications.
• Extract business logic from legacy systems to facilitate migration and integration with cloud-based services.

Requirements

• Experience as a software engineer working on complex software projects.
• Strong coding skills and professional development experience in Java, Python, or .NET.
• Practical experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise application modernization.
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, and REST-based web services.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture, containers (Docker & k8s), and messaging queues.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Certifications in major hyperscalers such as Azure, AWS, or Google GCP.
• Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices.
