What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, success criteria, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate project planning and scheduling using appropriate project management tools.
• Communicate requirements, dependencies, critical paths, and progress to project teams and stakeholders.
• Manage ongoing stakeholder communication and monitor project progress and outcomes.
• Prepare status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts while adapting to changing priorities.

Requirements

• Approximately 6–8 years of project management experience, ideally involving web or digital projects and process development and execution.
• MBA, M.Pharm, or another postgraduate qualification.
• Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of current technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to research project-related issues, learn new concepts, and apply them to projects.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience working in life-science organizations.
