Senior Asset/Graphic Designer (Game Art): Creating 2D and 3D visual assets for mobile interactive digital experiences with an accent on real-time rendering optimization and asset pipeline efficiency. Focus on building high-quality characters, environments, and UI elements while balancing aesthetics with technical constraints of mobile platforms.
Location: Remote (Czech Republic) or Hybrid in Prague, Hradec Kralove, and Zlin

What you will do
- Design, model, and texture high-quality 2D and 3D assets, including characters, props, and environments.
- Translate briefs and wireframes into polished, interactive-ready visual styles.
- Optimize assets for real-time performance on mobile platforms focusing on poly-count, texture atlasing, and clean topology.
- Collaborate with developers and product designers to integrate assets into game engines or interactive frameworks.
Requirements
- Proficiency in 3D software (Blender, Maya, C4D) and 2D tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Procreate).
- Strong grasp of lighting, composition, color theory, and ability to work in varied art styles from stylized to realistic.
- Expertise in low-poly modeling and efficient UV mapping.
- Must be based in the Czech Republic.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of assets within real-time engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, or web-based libraries like Three.js/PlayCanvas.
