Location: Hybrid at Barcelona HQ. Must be based in or be able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain without company assistance

What you will do

• Execute standard merchant integrations on Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Magento.
• Configure and update hirify.global plugins and visual elements on merchant sites.
• Perform QA and validation using standard checklists to ensure high integration quality.
• Provide first-line technical support for configuration errors and visual glitches.
• Maintain accurate integration records in Jira and internal tools.
• Identify documentation gaps and suggest improvements to technical guides.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of web and e-commerce concepts (frontend vs backend, plugins, checkout lifecycle).
• Ability to follow technical documentation and checklists with high attention to detail.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for configuration and error message analysis.
• Clear and concise written communication in English.
• Customer-oriented mindset to ensure merchant satisfaction.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento).
• Previous experience in technical support roles.
