What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize gameplay locations and quests in an open-world setting.
• Develop open-world systems including population, encounters, and AI life.
• Implement and adapt game mechanics such as enemy AI, combat systems, and player interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including art, programming, and audio specialists.
• Test levels for bugs and gameplay issues, iterating based on feedback from team members and players.
• Create and maintain comprehensive level and gameplay documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience or one published AAA project as a Level Designer.
• Proficiency in game editors such as Unity, Unreal, or proprietary DevTools.
• Strong understanding of player guidance and environment design to create engaging gameplay.
• Ability to iterate and solve complex level design problems based on feedback.
• Good knowledge of English.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Quest Designer.
• Basic knowledge of architecture.
• Artistic skills in drawing, painting, or modeling.
