What you will do

• Own and grow a $100M ARR strategic partnership, targeting 30% YoY growth through pipeline development and commercial expansion.
• Build and sustain deep relationships from C-suite executives to operational teams within the partner organization.
• Lead the development of multi-year joint business plans, aligning WooCommerce's roadmap with partner objectives.
• Analyze the global payments ecosystem (acquiring, PSPs, interchange economics) to identify capability gaps and new opportunities.
• Orchestrate internal teams across product, engineering, marketing, legal, and finance to execute the partnership agenda.
• Develop joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling and merchant acquisition programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or commercial leadership within the payments industry.
• Proven track record of scaling partnerships with ARR of $50M+.
• Deep knowledge of payment economics, including interchange structures and payment network rules.
• Technical fluency in payment capabilities to assess integration feasibility.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills for building ROI frameworks and business cases.
• Must be based in the United States.
