What you will do

  • Lead local oncology marketing by adapting and implementing global and cluster brand strategies across the Baltic markets.
  • Drive portfolio growth, product launches, lifecycle management, promotional campaigns, and market events.
  • Develop annual operational plans, budgets, forecasts, and ROI measurement plans.
  • Monitor market potential, competition, pricing, reimbursement, customer needs, and regulatory developments.
  • Lead and develop sales teams, including Key Account Managers and a marketing assistant where applicable.
  • Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, Global Marketing, and other functions to maximize commercial impact.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of successful pharmaceutical industry experience, with strong exposure to specialty care such as oncology, neurology, or rare diseases.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading commercial teams, including sales or marketing and indirect people management.
  • Proven experience launching and growing specialty products in highly specialized and competitive therapeutic areas.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical, and Regulatory teams in a highly compliant environment.
  • University degree in medicine, pharmacy, or business.
  • Professional written and spoken English and fluency in one local Baltic language are required.

Nice to have

  • Experience engaging with Key Opinion Leaders, payers, and institutional stakeholders in the Baltic markets.
  • Knowledge of Baltic pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory landscapes.
