What you will do

• Create high-fidelity web experiences, landing pages, digital campaigns, and email communications.
• Develop and evolve design systems, including component libraries, design tokens, and scalable frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Optimize digital experiences based on user behavior, SEO, and performance metrics to drive conversions.
• Mentor peers and provide constructive design guidance to elevate creative standards.
• Integrate AI-powered tools and rapid prototyping into design workflows to accelerate ideation.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, interactive web design, and high-performance creative solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, and Libraries.
• Deep understanding of HTML/CSS limitations, responsive design principles, and web performance.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Experience designing high-converting websites and scalable digital experiences for global markets.
• Must be based in Brazil.
