TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Hangzhou, China (3 days onsite per week)

What you will do
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data recommendations.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate candidate profiles and build strong talent pipelines for high-volume production and logistics roles.
- Maintain active candidate engagement through proactive and timely communication.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in high-volume hiring.
- Ability to work onsite in industrial environments in Hangzhou.
- Working proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) for daily business communication.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and understanding of local employment practices.
