Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid in Hangzhou, China (3 days onsite per week)

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and build strong talent pipelines for high-volume production and logistics roles.
• Maintain active candidate engagement through proactive and timely communication.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in high-volume hiring.
• Ability to work onsite in industrial environments in Hangzhou.
• Working proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) for daily business communication.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and understanding of local employment practices.
