TL;DR
Account Manager (EdTech): Generating new business and expanding the customer base for an EdTech SaaS platform with an accent on proactive outreach and relationship building. Focus on consultative selling, delivering product demos, and managing the full sales pipeline from first contact to signed agreement.
Location: Must reside in the Netherlands and be legally authorized to work there. Hybrid setup (50% remote / 50% office in Nijkerk or Amsterdam).
Salary: €3,000 – €6,000 per month

What you will do
- Generate new business and expand the customer base through proactive outreach, events, and networking.
- Identify commercial opportunities and build long-term relationships with new clients.
- Deliver convincing product demos and presentations to decision-makers.
- Lead the entire sales process from first contact to signed agreement, including preparing proposals and quotes.
- Collaborate with marketing, consultancy, and support teams to ensure an excellent customer journey.
- Monitor market trends and share insights to support the continued growth of the organization.
Requirements
- Experience in a commercial field role, account management, or business development.
- Proven track record in consultative selling based on customer needs.
- Strong communication skills to engage and convince various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a professional network.
- Experience with CRM systems and a structured approach to work.
- Must be based in the Netherlands and possess legal authorization to work there.
