Software Engineer II (Fullstack)

Location: Must be based in Poland and available to travel to the office in Łódź as needed.

What you will do

• Develop high-quality features using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java/Kotlin.
• Leverage generative AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or Codex as a primary part of the daily development workflow.
• Translate high-level concepts and "vibes" into working prototypes and production code.
• Take full ownership of features from initial concept through to production deployment.
• Set up monitoring and alerting, and actively participate in team on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• High proficiency in using generative AI tools for generating code, writing tests, and refactoring.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Professional experience or solid comfort with Java or Kotlin.
• Practical experience in production deployment, monitoring, alerting, and incident resolution.
• Must be based in Poland and available to travel to the office in Łódź.
