TL;DR
ATE Systems Technician (LiDAR): Bring-up and execute complex system integration testing for multi-disciplinary capital equipment used in LiDAR production with an accent on tester validation, verification, and certification. Focus on integrating software, hardware, optics, and mechanics to ensure high-precision calibration and testing.

Location: Rosh Ha'Ayin, Israel

What you will do

  • Bring-up multi-disciplinary setups and testers.
  • Execute complex system integration testing and experiments.
  • Perform tester validation, verification, qualification, and certification.
  • Support testing for a wide variety of company products.
  • Interact and collaborate with multi-disciplinary systems and teams.
  • Write technical documentation, test plans, and results in English.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant multi-disciplinary industry experience in R&D.
  • Education as a Practical Engineer in Electronics or Mechanics.
  • Proficiency with testing and measurement tools and equipment.
  • Willingness to work on shifts (2 day shifts and Fridays intermittently).
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and self-learning motivation.

Nice to have

  • Experience in lasers, electro-optics, or sensors.
  • Background in Python scripting.
