What you will do

  • Execute global social media strategies for hirify.global and Little Hotelier aligned with business goals.
  • Manage all organic activity and social calendars across key markets.
  • Create autonomous multimedia content and develop design briefs for visual assets.
  • Handle community management, responding to messages and escalating critical issues to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with micro-influencers and drive a social-first culture within the organization.
  • Produce detailed monthly KPI reports to optimize social media results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong understanding of organic and paid social media platforms and audience targeting.
  • Excellent copywriting skills to maintain brand personality and tone of voice across diverse audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging content.
  • Experience with social media management tools and community management workflows.
  • Must be based in Manila for a hybrid work arrangement.
