What you will do
- Collaborate with customers to analyze business needs, pain points, and technical requirements.
- Craft tailored domain solutions and cost cases for both simple and complex long-term opportunities.
- Support Technical Solutioning Managers in high-level business and IT discussions with Director-level stakeholders.
- Develop innovative technical solutions aligned with industry trends to exceed customer expectations.
- Lead deals to profitability by defining winning cost models and participating in contract negotiations.
- Standardize go-to-market pitches and create differentiated propositions across various industries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy (preferably in Digital Workplace Services).
- Expertise in IT organizational models, IT governance, management, and financing models.
- Proven ability to design scalable technical solutions based on complex customer requirements.
- In-depth understanding of infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
- German: Native speaker or C2 proficiency required.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from Frankfurt, Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience in a consulting or advisory role providing strategic guidance.
- Knowledge of designing architectures for cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure.
- Experience supporting sales efforts, preparing sales materials, and contributing to proposal development.
