What you will do

• Lead the development and optimization of new and existing food products based on market trends and customer needs.
• Manage product trials and oversee the successful implementation of formulations into full-scale production.
• Develop detailed product formulations, technical specifications, and Technical Data Sheets (TDS).
• Provide expert technical support and product training to both customers and internal teams.
• Ensure all product labeling and documentation comply with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support and mentor junior R&D team members to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Research & Development within the food manufacturing industry.
• Deep knowledge of product development, food safety, and quality systems.
• Proven experience in product trials and technical commercialization.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Must be based in or available to work onsite in Sharjah, UAE.
