TL;DR
Superhero Animator (Rive/iGaming): Creating premium, web-native interactive animations for an online sweepstakes social casino with an accent on state-driven characters and environments. Focus on rigging in Rive, integrating AI animation tools for rapid production, and developing high-quality VFX like coin bursts and win effects.
Location: Remote (EU, Balkans, and selected Eastern European countries). Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET.

What you will do
- Design and animate premium character mascots, including idle loops and win celebrations.
- Build hero-section animations combining characters with animated environments such as coins and slot machines.
- Rig animations in Rive using state machines to ensure they react live to real product events.
- Run a daily and weekly production pipeline for new offer animations across different segments.
- Collaborate with developers on responsive embedding and with designers on the avatar art pipeline.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in the online casino/iGaming space.
- 3+ years of experience in animation and motion design specifically for online casino themes.
- Proficiency with AI animation tools like Viggle, Kling, or Runway for rapid concepting.
- Hands-on experience with Rive (or Spine/DragonBones) and building reusable rigged character skeletons.
- Experience in high-intensity, studio-level motion production.
- Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
Nice to have
- Experience with Particle/VFX such as coin bursts and win effects.
