🎯 CMO – iGaming
📍 Location: Europe (remote / hybrid)
🌍 GEO: CIS & Europe

🌐 Responsibilities:
• Build and execute marketing strategy for an iGaming product
• Manage acquisition channels: Affiliates, Media Buying, SEO, PPC, SMM, CRM
• Own full funnel: acquisition, retention, LTV, ROI
• Manage marketing budgets and unit economics (CPA, ROI, LTV)
• Develop affiliate and partnership programs across CIS and Europe
• Lead performance marketing teams (media buying, affiliates, SEO, CRM, SMM)
• Scale product into new GEOs

🧩 Requirements:
• Proven experience as CMO / Head of Marketing in iGaming / betting
• Mandatory experience in CIS and/or Europe GEO
• Strong background in performance marketing & affiliate-driven models
• Experience scaling traffic and revenue in iGaming
• Deep understanding of KPIs: CPA, ROI, LTV, FTD, retention
• Experience managing multi-channel teams
