Location: Must be based in Graz, Austria (Hybrid work model available).
Salary: €60,970 (base for negotiation).

What you will do
- Develop and specify braking functions including ESC, ABS, and brake blending strategies.
- Design and align functional architectures within the Vehicle Motion Control system.
- Define and maintain system and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with software, systems, and vehicle engineering teams for seamless integration.
- Plan and execute verification and validation activities including SiL, HiL, and vehicle testing.
- Ensure compliance with functional safety standards like ISO 26262.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in braking function or brake system development.
- Strong expertise in vehicle dynamics and control engineering.
- Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools, specifically MATLAB/Simulink.
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering, ASPICE, and ISO 26262.
- Very good English proficiency; German language skills are an advantage.
