What you will do

• Own full BU P&L, including revenue stability, gross margin performance, and market share leadership.
• Define pricing strategy, product mix, and lifecycle management to optimize profitability.
• Lead integrated product, applications, and system engineering teams from concept to volume production.
• Translate customer requirements into clear product definitions and platform strategies.
• Manage relationships with key OEMs, ODMs, and distribution partners across high-volume markets.
• Establish operating cadence for portfolio performance, cost tracking, and pipeline management.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in power semiconductors or power electronics.
• Proven ownership of P&L or equivalent business responsibility.
• Deep expertise in consumer, communications, and low-power industrial systems.
• Strong track record of managing mature, high-revenue product portfolios.
• Experience leading integrated teams across product management and engineering.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage internal leadership and key customers.
