Executive Assistant (Strategic Sourcing & Procurement): Providing high-level strategic support to senior leadership in Northeast Asia with an accent on cross-regional coordination, operational efficiency, and stakeholder management. Focus on enabling leadership effectiveness, managing complex logistics across time zones, and driving cross-sector alignment between Asia and global headquarters.
Location: Must be based in Linkou, Taiwan

What you will do
- Manage complex priorities, calendars, and logistics for senior leadership across multiple time zones.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between regional teams in Asia and global stakeholders in the Netherlands.
- Draft clear communications, reports, presentations, and leadership updates.
- Organize and coordinate workshops, staff meetings, operational reviews, and offsites.
- Track and drive action items to closure to ensure operational excellence.
- Coordinate supplier visits and major events such as Suppliers’ Day.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or Supply Chain major is a plus).
- 5–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in multinational environments.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin (TOEIC score above 900 preferred).
- Proven experience supporting senior executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools.
- Must be based in Linkou, Taiwan with ability to travel 5–10% between Linkou and Tainan.
